The employees at Mays are always courteous and super nice. They are always quick to help and do top notch work. I’m a stickler about who works on my vehicles and won’t hesitate to go back again! Thank you for having such a good honest business

After arranging for a tow truck to bring both our overheated excursion together with our RV to their station, they went above and beyond in their straightforward, honest, and friendly care. They replaced a six dollar part together with it 2 1/2 gallons of coolant and making sure it was circulating through our engine. To be sure that we were on our way the next morning they stayed after hours. They offered us a free loan car so we could get a meal while they were fixing our engine. They allowed us to spend the night in their parking lot and even offered us electricity for heat in our RV. We were on our way again in the morning before they even opened. Their charge was very reasonable. Their friendly care was above and beyond.

Friendly staff. Only reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 is due to their hours. They are only open on weekdays which makes it hard to schedule something when you work during the week.

These guys were the Best! They came out and changed my 5th wheel tires right at Jim's Campground which was only 2-3 miles down the road but made it so easy for us to get new shoes for our ol' girl. Thank Y'all So Much! I will be back if I'm ever back in the area for sure!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We blew a tire on our travel trailer just before Huntington. Just beyond Barboursville the spare blew and we were stranded on the side of 64E. Our insurance was no help and we struggled to find a company to assist. We happened upon Mays Tires & Service Center online. Their mobile mechanic was out to us within the hour with a new tire. After replacing the spare, we followed him to the shop right as they were closing to get the other tire taken care of. At least for mechanics and the owners stayed after closing so that we could instead get all new tires put on the trailer. They graced us with bottled water and some grass for our dogs to stretch their legs while we waited. Every single person in the shop was so kind. We couldn’t speak more highly of this business.
