They mostly mess up the job they are doing on a vehicle my mom got some tires on charge $35.00 to put them on

The owner sent one guy to us after a blowout...he stripped the lug nut on my husband's rim and then couldn't get the tire off. So another guy came and did the SAME EXACT thing the first guy did which was take a HAMMER to the rim and lug nuts. We have all of this on video. On top of that, they expected us to pay $110 PLUS buy our own replacement rim. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Stopped by on 07/18/2022 to see if they install wheels(rims) purchased from Amazon. The serviceman answered my question I asked about getting them mounted on my vehicle, without hesitation he was on the job. He performed an excellent job with his service, and he performed it in a very timely manner. I don't think I was there an hour I was on my way. If situation cause for service again, I will glad be going back to try to do business with them.

So I dropped my car off at May’s tire this morning at 10am to get vacuumed, shampooed, washed and waxed. I paid $115. They said it would be done at 5pm. Now, my car was dirty...but my car was in perfect shape. I got there right at 5pm. AND THERE WAS A DENT IN THE FRONT OF MY CAR!!!!!! I was PISSED! They refused to own up to it and they refused to pay for it. There’s not really anything I can do about it because I have no proof. But I KNOW my car was perfectly fine. I’ve barely even had it a year and I haven’t been in a single accident. I will take before pictures of my vehicle every single time I get something done from now on. Lesson learned. Also, my grandparents said all of the guys were drunk the last time they picked up their vehicle from there. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MAY’S TIRE.
