Mazda of Olympia

My fiancée and I purchased a Mazda3 and had a great experience. This was to replace a previous car that was totaled and the team at Mazda of Olympia were helpful and patient, Jeremy Kpeglo helped us navigate financing options and Jason Antypas helped us find a nearly identical vehicle that fit our needs. Jason stood out with his colorful shirt and sun hat! He gave us a very personalized experience and listened to our concerns. We were very appreciative of the low pressure and non-corporate style he brought to the process.

Mazda was great. We dealt with Greg He is super helpful and zero pressure. Quite a relaxing experience. Pretty sure that's the first time I've ever said anything remotely even close to that. So, hats off to Mazda and Greg, of course.

Alright. So! Two years ago, my husband was in the market for a new vehicle and after a TON of bad experiences I found a beautiful used Chevy Silverado for sale here. We called on a Sunday and scheduled a test drive for the following Wednesday as we drive about an hour and a half to get to this dealer. We arrived and the salesman we were working with legitimately hid those truck keys for THREE DAYS to ensure we got the opportunity to drive it as planned even if he had other potential sales before us. He held the vehicle for us anyway. We ended up driving off the lot with the truck because it was perfect. Mazda was my second to last stop for trying out cars and was the first car I actually liked during the test drive and the first really positive experience with the dealership staff. Frank, Jeremiah, and Tony were all great to work with, no pressure, not pushy, didn’t harass me a bunch after I left. Definitely would buy from them again.
