Mazda Parts- McGrath City Mazda

This Mazda team is extremely unhelpful. I tried calling to ask for an estimate on a repair for a hood release and they told me they can't say anything due to "liability issues". I said I could tow my car there, but I'm working with my insurance team to cover the cost of the repair, and I wouldnt be able to get the service right away until working it out with my insurance, but that would require the dead car to stay in there lot. Despite not disclosing the cost of a repair for my basic issue, the Mazda team told me exactly how much THAT would cost per night. In addition, their service team was extraordinarily rude the whole time. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend going anywhere else other than here. The service is awful at this location.
