He is well versed and understood all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and really made me feel like a valued customer. Just found out they fired the best rep they had... Julio has looked out for me and my car for YEARS. I can text him anytime and know that my car will be taken care of and I won't be ripped off. My friends were always surprised how loyal I was to a dealership because they always charge more and I told them that I had a guy there who made sure my family was safe and happy with the service to my car. My tire light just went on again and now I'm scared to take it in... the other guys try and upsell everything. Ugh. Might finally be time for a Kia.
