Mazda Service Department

Chris and the guys at the service department were fantastic for me. I brought in my 2012 Mazda 3 to get a second opinion from them because North End Mazda told me I needed a new engine after about 2 hours of investigating. North End Mazda then gave me a $9,000 estimate that included additional work that had nothing to do with my issue, which I thought was highly suspect. Chris told me the engine was in great shape, and the guys worked tirelessly to figure out the problem. It ended up being a cylinder misfire, and the valves needed to be decarbonated. They were up-front and honest, and it saved me over $4,000 (excluding the additional, uneccesary work North End quoted me), or from simply buying another vehicle. They aren't trying to sell you service, they just preform it and fix what needs
