To make a long story short I took my car in for an inspection because I found oil leaking around the turbocharger on my vehicle. One of the reasons I picked Mazur's was their high ratings and loaner vehicle. I can honestly say the whole process was a massive disappointment and I now feel like I was scammed in the process. When I brought my car in to have it looked at the service advisor told me the inspection would be about $250 "worst case scenario" in his own words. This was because of the nature of the diagnosis that needed to be done. The base diagnosis was $85. In his words, my engine needed to be "degreesed from top to bottom to pinpoint the oil leak" I figured sure, that's not unreasonable to clean an entire engine and figure out where the leak was coming from. I love Mazur’s! I get my car serviced here and the people here are professional and friendly. Jason has helped me numerous times with advice for service and is very knowledgeable. They send me coupons which makes oil changes very affordable. I love how this shop does a free inspection with each oil change; it’s very thorough and they email you all the findings and let you know if something else is wrong with your car. I recommend everyone go here to get their car serviced!

Jason has went above & beyond since day one! They have taken very good care of my vehicle & help figuring out what the issues were (been here for multiple issues with a newly purchased car in the last 2 months, as well as my previous car) and getting it fixed ASAP. Repeat customer and still very happy. Fair price and great work. They even found an issue I was not aware of. They walked me through the problem, reviewed the cost of parts and labor, and gave recommendations on next steps. I reviewed their parts price with a local part supplier and cost was comparable. Highly recommend.

5 stars because of how quickly they accommodated me and for the excellent job they did on my brakes. I also appreciated them getting me into a loaner vehicle, which is an absolutely fantastic service that most other places don’t provide. Unfortunately I have to say that the service advisor was quite abrupt with me and seemed to talk down to me. I showed up right as they opened on a very snowy Monday morning (I get it, we all feel the drag of a Monday morning), but there was most definitely some attitude coming from behind the counter. Maybe I just caught him on a bad day. It happens. That being said, because of the stellar brake repair and how accommodating you guys were to me, I will happily return. Thank you
