The owner or whoever told me he's was the owner was awful. I walked in to get get an estimate for repairs and he kept going on about how he's armed and all of his techs are armed. Not sure what that was about, and an odd way to start a client relationship. He gave me an outrageous estimate for a pretty simple job. I never had the work done by then so I can't rate on quality of work performed. Based on the owners mentality, it's safe to say the technicians are a product of their environment there in my opinion. Proceed with caution here.
