Took in my brand new 2025, 6 month old Mustang Mach-E, after someone rammed into my driver side. Omar spoke with us about what the repair process would look like, especially because my car is electric. He was super transparent and helpful. While my car was in repair, I received phone calls, twice a week, to give me updates about where they were at in the process and what comes after. I loved being kept in the loop and not having to wonder. When I received my car back, it literally looked like the day I drove off with it from the dealership. The repairs were so excellent, you couldn’t even tell something had happened. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. I am absolutely 💯 satisfied with the work done on my car. Had a small accident in which my back bumper needed a replacement. The wonderful staff informed me of the process, updated me twice a week on the status of my project, and even offered to return my rental vehicle for me once my car was ready. Everything was seamless, and the final result on my new bumper was amazing. My bumper sparkles like new, even better than when I bought it. I have a Chevy Malibu, and that model is discontinued. The fact they were able to find the part and painted the bumper better than before was just a blessing. I love sparkles in car paint, and this sparkled. Like nothing ever happened.
