I’m writing this to share what happened to my son at this Body Shop. As a mother, I am extremely upset with how he was treated. The front desk lady spoke to him with attitude and absolutely no respect. He went in simply asking for help, and instead he got rude behavior and unprofessional treatment. No customer should ever be talked to like that.I don’t want anyone else to experience what my son went through. This place seriously needs to improve the way they treat people, especially their front desk staff.
