Had a minor problem on the bottom of my car- a piece of plastic was hanging- they took my car right in ahead of others- fixed it in 10 minutes while I waited and didnt charge me a dollar. They are truly nice and honest people. Will definitely use them as my primary mechanic now! Thank you!

John at Mc Birneys Auto Service is exceptional. Family owned and operated staple in the community providing quality service. I had a tire blow out on me. I bought this Jeep from Security Dodge, no wheel lock key to remove the tire. They couldn’t remove the tire, towed the car to Firestone. They couldn’t remove the tire either. Finally after not having a car for 3 days, I called Mc Birneys their master mechanic removed the tire and replaced it. Thank you John and crew for your outstanding service to the Massapequa community.

Been using them for the past two years after my long time trusted mechanic retired. John is great to work with and really took care of my family on Friday. My daughter was leaving to go back to college on Thursday and the check engine light came on and her sunroof wouldn't close. John got it fixed that night so she could take her 5 hour drive on Saturday and miss weather heading North. Highly recommend them.

John and his team did excellent work on my car! He keeps you informed and gives honest feedback and suggestions. The customer service was top notch and the auto repairs to my a/c system was amazing work. Highly recommend this auto repair shop.
