Called for tow and spoke to customer service about my car getting picked up. Nice woman reminded me that of I went through my insurance I would save the tow money. A + Then the tow driver arrives within 15 min to take me and my car at the car service place. Real cool driver. Much appreciated the service. Hard to find good people! A+++

I wish i could give Negative stars infinity! Worst company to deal with. I broke down 5 min away from home unfortunately. This tow was dispatched through AAA and was handled extremely poorly. I initially gave the wrong street (by two streets), immediately corrected it, and apologized. Instead of confirming the location, the first driver canceled because he was “in a hurry.” The driver who ultimately towed my vehicle never called me to confirm pickup or delivery. When I asked the dispatcher where my vehicle was, I was told “no news is good news,” meaning if I didn’t hear from them, everything was fine. That turned out to be completely untrue. The dispatcher then repeatedly blamed and berated me for the mistake, even after I apologized, and spoke to me in a rude, hostile, and argumentative

Great experience with this towing company. Wes is a great tow truck. Driver. Knows exactly what he's doing. Get your stuff picked up within a very reasonable amount of time. Is careful in handling. Would highly recommend. Price. You can't be as well

I indirectly used McCoy to move a shed which a most companies refuse to do. They know customer service very well and it shows with their drivers. I would like to call out Steve for his professionalism and super friendly demeanor who has gone above and beyond to ensure shed was removed safely and delivered intact. Steve truly made moving the garden shed stress free. I would highly recommend them for your towing needs.

Driver is as unprofessional as can be. Did not even have a tow with them. This driver on I80 for this company is not patient and almost caused 2 accidents because of how he’s tailgating people including me. It was bumper to bumper traffic and this dude is riding my bumper then gets mad and opens his door acting like he’s going to do something and flicks me off. I also flicked him off because of the idiot he is and went about my day. Then he proceeds to continue to tailgate other people like crazy and then use the shoulder recklessly. You guys need to check what kind of lowlife drivers you guys hire.
