I recently visited McBees and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Sheila H! From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the available services. The attention to detail during the wash membership sale was impressive! What stood out the most was her commitment to customer satisfaction. She took the time to answer all my questions and offered valuable tips for maintaining my membership. It’s rare to find such dedicated service, and I truly appreciate her efforts.

Great car wash experience, the line moves really efficiently. The car looks amazing at the end and the staff are super friendly. The The staff are clearly trained to prioritize customer experience and interaction.

Purchased a membership in October of 2025. Used it through December. Logged in to my account and account showed cancelled at beginning of January. I called the number and the AI bot also said my membership was cancelled. Now 2 months have passed and we realized we had still been charged. I called today and had to again talk to a stupid AI bot. So I went in person, the gentlemen that helped me took my info and said ok we will cancel and get a refund. I later received a call this evening that unless I had a photo of my conversation with the AI bot I would not get a refund. Not sure how I should have taken a picture of that. A

Good car wash. With that said, there isn’t anything to wash or, especially, dry your rear window. It will be nearly as dirty coming out of the wash as it was going through. $40/month unlimited ultimate. Vacuums have different attachments and an air hose to help blow off dusty surfaces.

Oh my gosh, I just went through the car wash….. Shelia was at the window and she did an incredible job. She even gave me a gift card. Hey boss! Shelia needs a raise I was about to hire her under route of you. She has an amazing personality and wonderful smile such good customer service. Y’all are lucky to have her.
