Derek agreed to buy my mother’s Jeep back. He quoted me a price for the vehicle then never returned my phone calls. I called daily for almost two weeks with no response. Very unprofessional.

Service advisors Rob and Tom always go above and beyond to ensure that as much of our repair as possible is covered by our warranty so that we are paying as little as possible out of pocket. Even when they may not be able to replicate our compliant, they always ensure us that they believe us and they will be happy to help us when the complaint is reproducible. I'm very happy with my experience at McCall Motors. I bought a Ram ProMaster cargo van to haul my motorcycles and they treated me great! Very nice people to deal with and great after sale experience. I ordered a floor mat for the cargo area and they even had a friendly young man deliver to my house without asking because they know that I'm dealing with cancer. I thanked him and told him to just put it by the van and he asked me to unlock it and he put the mat down for me. I actually bought this van nearly a year ago and I never left a review because of dealing with my health problems but all is well now.
