I can't say enough good things about Dave at McCandless truck center. He went above and beyond to help me. I was in a tough spot with my truck, and he was patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He explored all the options, managed a warranty claim for me, and made a stressful situation so much easier. You don't get service like that just anywhere. Had a load experience extreme cold temps on the road-nothing like we see back in TN. Developed a small oil leak in Colorado Springs and was over 1,100 miles away from home. Awesome experience with this shop, called them late afternoon on Friday and they were able to diagnose and replace 2 sensors and stay until the job was finished to get me rolling Saturday! Sam and Ryan went above and beyond to ensure that i could roll out. These guys are top notch. Thank you.

I had stopped at the shop the other day and needed an alignment on my truck and to inspect my suspension. Dave was very helpful and let me know that the alignment was out. They were able to get it taken care of. Also told me my rear suspension was just needing to get greased. Everyone at the shop was nice and very professional. Prompt work.
