Called multiple times for customer care, a quote for new tires, but they do not answer their phone. My experience is they transfer calls to a voicemail that is full and cannot even leave messages which can be a disadvantage overall. UPDATE: After another try , the customer care did not sound sympathetic but rather I sensed a feeling of annoyance or disregard. Other than that they could not help with what I was looking for.

Stay Away, Buyer Beware: Our family and friends have been a customer of this tire shop for 6 years. I have several vehicles, and I can admit that we buy tires more often than the average person. We normally purchase two tires at a time. Our card was charged 10 times the amount due. Thankfully our fraud alert caught this transaction and blocked the charge. On the second go around the correct amount was charged correctly. Each time the prices not consistent and there's no such thing as customer loyalty. We are officially done sending our friends and family to this business. We will pledge our loyalty to a business that appreciates customer loyalty.

Received auto in unserviceable condition on May 17 due to engine replacement that proprietor originally responsible for but directed and suggested buyer pay so he would be responsible for. After installation returned in unserviceable condition with service engine soon code. Buyer returns vehicle for correction and restoration to serviceable condition but gets run around when correction repairs can be completed Left. vehicle for 2 days which sat on lot with no attempt made for repairs. Today May 31 no firm commitment to have repairs completed. Dissatisfied customer.
