McCarthy Hyundai Service & Parts Olathe

We recently brought our vehicle to McCarthy Hyundai for recall work and routine maintenance, and the experience was truly stellar from start to finish. Our service technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to walk me through every step of the process. I never felt rushed or unsure about what was being done, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The waiting area was comfortable, spacious, and relaxing, and our appointment was completed right on schedule. It’s clear their team values both efficiency and customer experience. Excellent service all around. We continue to love our Palisade, and it’s reassuring to know it’s in such capable hands at McCarthy Hyundai.

I got,a call from your service rep and he kept talking over me saying I was talking over him.I admit I was upset by a $530 bill for an oil change,tire rotation,transmission fluid change,and filter replacements. All I wanted was an apology but got nothing but a call trying to justify the extra $100 over what was quoted. He said it was all for taxes and FEES. This is where I get upset. A fee for this and a fee for that cannot be justified. Plus $12 to use my credit card is nothing but a ripoff!! I am so upset how I was treated by your employee and will avoid going back in the future. I bought my truck from you and expected upfront honesty and service for which I got niether. As a loyal customer I expected more.

They were very polite and wasn’t able to complete the repairs same day so they put me in a loaner vehicle and had repairs done the next day. They had some back ordered parts ordered and will call me back in when they arrive so that they can get the other recalls fixed and completed. Great staff and great communication.

Our hyundai was a part of the white paint recall. We had it approved in june as soon as the recall was announced. We scheduled the work to be done while we were out of town on vacation in July. They had the car 2 full weeks and when we returned from our trip they called the last day of vacation to tell is it was ready to pick up. We arrived the next day and NOTHING had been done to it. It was still unpainted. Zero body work was completed. They had the vehicle another 11 days before they finally got it done. And then at that point they told us they didnt paint one door because it appeared we had tried to touch it up previously which we had not ever done anything to that door. They said they saw a run in the paint? Whatever they think they saw it came from the factory that way Like seriously

I’m working out of town and my car breaks down up here I’m from Carthage Missouri. I was nervous about my vehicle going somewhere. I didn’t know, but was extremely satisfied with the experience letting me know what’s going on and very friendly customer service. Will definitely tell people how good I was treated.
