McCarthy saved our day big time! Came here at the recommendation of Elite Towing and they got us in and back on the road as quickly as I could have expected for our issues. What I thought was just a blown serpentine belt ended up being a seized idler pulley as well. They were very pleasant and accommodating with fast service and reasonable prices. This is the halfway point between my home in TN and family in NY so hopefully I will not need to stop back in but if I have more bad luck, I would just hope it’s in Martinsburg.

We had a 7:00 appointment and arrived about 15 minutes early. The staff was already working and promptly checked us in before 7:00. As promised, the tires were installed before lunch, and the car was ready to be picked up before noon. This is also the first time we've had tires changed on our vehicles where the low pressure sensors weren't damaged. Thanks for a job well done!!
