I can’t say enough good things about this McCarthy Tire! Every time I bring my Lexus in, Tim does an absolutely outstanding job. His attention to detail, honesty, and expertise give me complete confidence that my car is in the best hands possible. Randy consistently goes above and beyond to take care of me. Whether it’s explaining what needs to be done, helping me prioritize repairs, or just making the whole process smooth and stress-free, he always treats me like a valued customer. It’s rare to find a place where you feel genuinely cared for, but that’s exactly what you get here. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Highly recommend! 🚗✨

Seemed to know what they were doing with our new tires for an RV. Until 300 miles down the road and saw that one of our dual tires in the back was flat!! Nothing wrong with the tire, the steam was loose and the air leaked out. Had a spare thank goodness(that they did not touch). Long story short, we ended up at a Fleet tire service(great place) and they switched out the stems. They also put the correct amount of air in each tire. Of course this all came at a price that I believe McCarthys should pay for. After posting this, McCarthys did get back to us. We appreciate their concern and willingness to make this situation right.

After experiencing some vibrations in our motorhome, we stopped at McCarthy thinking the tires needed to be rebalanced. Brian was able to fit us in pretty quickly and his crew discovered that balance wasn't the problem... two of our tires had broken internal steel belts which was causing them to produce a bubble and started balding; we could see and feel it once we were shown what to look for. Due to the fact that our motorhome had low quality tires, we decided to replace them all with better tires for peace of mind. Our ride is now quiet and smooth! Thanks to Brian and his crew for their professional service and for giving us some great tire tips.

no experience at this place but an experience with one of the drivers rear ending someone in a work truck and trying to away with it because “ he couldn’t stop “ he said. the trunk on the car he rear ended won’t even shut anymore. insurance is not trying to pay either even after claim adjuster saying he is at fault. do better guys!! also there was a red light, how’s he at fault for braking when coming up at a red light?? and most of the time when there’s a green light coming up you slow down in case the light changes, but your driver did not? am i correct? was your driver gonna go through the red light? exactly!! your driver also should have gotten ticked for following too closely!! your driver got mad because someone went around him, not pulled out in front of him. and i will not be remov

I brought tractor over with bolt in my drive tire that was picked up on a job site and was expecting to have to drop the truck off to have new tire put on. They had me back on the road within 30 minutes! It’s the second time I’ve had a tire put on and been back on the road in under 45 minutes! Great place to work with.
