The customer service at this place is very well. Lisa is an awesome person, and the mechanics informed me of everything I needed to know and handled it. I highly recommend this tire service facility.

Piedmont Truck Tires in Warsaw, N.C.,  damage all three wheels that had tires mounted by them and the technician blatantly lied about his negligence. There was no damage on the wheel that had not had been touched by Piedmont and none of the wheels had damage or a scratch prior to their performing maintenance on the wheels. The balancing weight on the front driver side was oversized and making contact with the front brake caliper and had ended up grinding the paint away within one mile of driving in which I returned to Piedmont to show the Manager the additional damage. All damage was fresh and an easy indication it was done by the technician mounting the tires on site and the manager stated they did not know me and could not make a call even with the brake caliper damage when visually the

These guys were so wonderful, from the front desk worker Lisa to the gentlemen dealing with the cars. had a potential flat that turned out to be nothing but they were so kind and accommodating and had us out in less than 20 minutes! could not recommend them more.
