Have not been through service yet. But I was grateful for leasing my first 4wd, but not with blindsided with saying they will take our 2 year old 2wd with only 10,000 miles on and paying it off they did, but they paid off only 15,000 of the 20,000 owed then slapped 5,000 onto the new lease .all I'm saying was watch out before signing the paperwork .they got me when I got the 22 2wd and trading it in . Think I learned an expensive lesson .

Writing this review about 1.5 years after my experience as my knowledge of the deceptive service they gave me grew. I came to mccarthy during a coast to coast road trip as my newly (used) 4runners check engine light popped on for an 02 sensor. As a naive new car owner I ran to the nearest dealer with the best reviews. They confirmed an 02 sensor needed replacement, and I decided to tack on a coolant change as well. Once all services were "said" to be complete, I left and 2 hrs in to my drive out of Missouri the engine light pops on again. There was no turning back at that point and i knew now a problem with an 02 sensor was not fatal. Coming back home from my road trip, I finally got around to taking it to a local mechanic to have it checked out. Low and behold, they never changed the 02 s

I always go here and Deanna is the only one who greets me and helps me. She's friendly and understanding. She always has a smile on her face. She estimates a price for me on things needing done, before doing anything. And everything I need done, gets done in a timely matter. I won't go anywhere else or have any other employee help me.

I recently bought a car here and they gave me a really good deal. I went through Dakota Shepard and he helped me out a lot. I'm definitely going to him next time as well.

I am very pleased with the service I received. My sales person was Jacob he was not only very good looking but offered great service and helped me get the Rav4 I wanted. I was not approved at first and we were able to work around it and get me approved and into a vehicle I love.
