Needed a pair of belts replaced urgently while on the way out of town around 2pm. They had me in, acquired the parts they needed, and had me rolling out of town before they closed. Honestly this place was a miracle, and I got a very reasonable price coupled with very friendly and understanding service.

This place rocks if you need work done in a pinch or just in general they have your backs! Had an emergency fuel line issue and they had me up and running in no time I wasn't even a local just a guy and his friend on a road trip to catch some fish greats service friendly staff thank you again if you read this 7/18/2025

Awful! Every time we go here something goes wrong ! This last time we had the rotors and pads done on my vehicle and they didn’t even properly put them on which caused shaking in my new van off the lot . Had another shop fix that and noticed how bolts were placed wrong and loose . Before this we had another vehicle worked on by them and the whole tire! The whole tire almost came off ! There was no bolts left me and my toddler were in the car ! . They claim it wasn’t them ! . The lady’s in front a rude everytime we have to deal with them ! We called and scheduled an appointment for something else to be done with our vehicle told them to order the parts and oil for it because it takes a special kind! Come the appointment they didn’t have any of it ordered and didn’t even work in my car till

I was having car trouble while passing through on a road trip. After reading the other reviews,I knew this shop was the one I needed to call. They got me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in less than 2 hours. I was able to get back on the road and home safely. Everyone was so kind and took such good care of us. I wish I could always use them for my car needs.

I can't say enough good things about McClain Auto Repair's owners and staff. They are professional yet friendly and informative. I am disabled and my legs swell when they aren't elevated and they really went out of their way for me to give me a ride home and pick me up seeing as it would take a long time for the extensive repairs to my car. They were really diligent to figure out exactly what was wrong with it and it wasn't easy. In fact, they were recommended by my first mechanic because he was stumped on what the problem was. They kept me informed as they worked on it to figure it out which I appreciated. They explained things to me as well without "talking down" to me which is so nice!!!!! I have a special needs son and have to transport him 10 miles back and forth to school every day s
