McClains Wrecker Service

They came to my sisters rescue on Christmas eve when the other tow company didn't show up. They were so fast to get there we were in shock. On the phone and in person they were so kind and caring. The exact thing you need when you're stranded and need a tow somewhere. I cant recommend them enough.

Cut the corner to sharp and almost put his truck into the ditch. Top it off, his tow truck then broke down blocking half the road. Finally got it started and pulled forward tearing up my yard. Finally got the vehicle positioned and I asked about the damage to the yard. He flatly said, should of picked a better spot. I have had several wreckers pick up and place vehicles in this exact spot with no issue. No customer service skills here. Now I get to pay to have the yard fixed. Save the hassle and use someone else.

quick response, got us taken care of, and was priced affordably. Was able to tow an automatic for us that was missing a key; that was a difficult service to find, reasonably priced.

These guys came through when another company gave me the runaround and cancelled. They helped us move a project car that didn't run but did roll. Great service, no damage, very reasonable rates. Recommended. Thank you guys very much!

Called on a Friday to ask if they could haul my vehicle to Fayettville on the following Wednesday with me riding along. I told him the appointment was at 10:00, and he said yes and we would need to leave by 7:00 Wednesday morning. I agreed to the price he quoted and he said call to confirm Monday which I did. Again he said yes he could do the job. I confirmed with the shop at Fayettville the car would be there on time. I was ready by 6:00 Wednesday morning since I wasn't sure what time McClains would arrive. After 7:45 came and went with no show up or call, I called him. After sounding surprised, he said his truck had broken the night before and he couldn't do the job.
