Beyond that, he was honest, very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and very easy to work with but Alex knocked it out of the park. Experience was good. Wait time was adequate. Staff was very courteous & professional. Only problem was when I was driving home I saw a tool sticking out of my hood. I found a tool left in my engine compartment. I assume this tool was used when they serviced the fuel Injection system. I took pictures of the tool & where it was located sticking out if management would like to see.

Found my son the 2025 ford mustang on auto trader. Chris with a K called me immediately after requesting information, and answered all of my questions. Within two hours we were On site where fabulous Louis helped us the rest of the way….from finding the perfect match, and color we found looking online, test driving, and taking us to their overflow lot. Louis was attentive, knowledgeable, and overall great. This location has so many mustangs, and just vehicles in general that you are bound to find your perfect match. The paperwork was seamless and quick, the modern technology for the process is advanced beyond any other car dealer I have purchased from recently. Shawna Morgan and her team at the McCombs West Quick Lane service department are outstanding. I was plesantly surprised. We travel the country extensively and, unfortunately, have experienced less than stellar service at other dealerships.
