McCords Auto - Kokomo

I had my oil changed at McCords tonight, after checking the website and hours stated they close at 6 pm. I pulled in at 5:20. I was so uncomfortable the entire 10 minutes it took them to change my oil. One of the employees said "Unbelievable" when i pulled in. He was clearly upset , very short when he asked me my mileage. I have been going there for 6 years but after tonight, I know I won't go back. I apologized to the younger man and told him their Google ad said they were open until 6. He told me yeah, they need to change it. My oil change was $80 something, I gave them $100 and told them to keep the change. I felt like I had really offended them by giving them my business. I understand they wanted to go home, it's Friday night. But, if you want to close at 5:20 then turn your closed sig

I like this place because you can usually get your car in and out within a reasonable amount of time. Plus the deluxe wash is only $12!

Pulled in at 12:30, was folded they close 1 and they wouldn't change my oil. Won't be back. Do better.

I'll drive 45mins for the higher quality work, washes & customer care I get there because it's 100% worth it!

Fast and friendly service! We have been coming to McCords for several years now and have no plans of ever going anywhere else. Whether it's an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, interior detail... They can do it all and they do it flawlessly! My kids even love getting to go to McCords! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
