They are fast and efficient but I did have to go back because my tire went flat again after I left. When i returned though, they fixed it because they guarantee their work. No extra charge and all is well 3 weeks later.

I took my car here to get fix because I got a diagnosis on it and it says leak don't know we're it's leaking from but it says leak so my car was there for a week so I called Mook aka James Simpson the one that supposedly fix my he said the is ready now so why when I get there my car is on this small street next to the shop it sitting out there like it was trash the truck was open and the doors so I get in the car the car won't start remain u I drove this car there so Mook aka James Simpson told the other guy to give it a jump so he did the car started but the stop so they give it another jump it started so I ask Mook aka James Simpson did some body take my battery he said no they had to because just bought the battery a few months ago so now the starts I drove it home and it cuts off s

So honest, reliable, great serving! As a female, I worry about who to take me car to. BUT McCoy’s has always treated me fairly and they are so trustworthy. So important!!!

I've had great service every time I go. They are extremely thorough and take the time to explain - and show - everything that needs to be done. I usually get really nervous when I take my car to places, but because they put the car on lift so I could see and confirm the issues, it was much less stressful. They also worked really hard to get my car back to me the same day which was amazing because they had to replace an axle, brakes and rotors, the sway bar, both control arms, and do an alignment. Definitely going back!

They were kind and very professional, but $880 for brakes, rotors, and labor is way too much. I wish they were clear on the price the second time I came back I had to pay $458. I had to go there twice because I wasn’t told I needed rotors the first time and only the brakes were changed.
