McCrackens Auto Body

So very, very pleased with the body work I had done on my Rav 4. Wonderful job. It looks brand new. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. This auto body garage is very trustworthy and honest. They went over everything that was done ,before I left. Was so surprised when I saw the inside was cleaned also. Beautiful work inside and outside. The price was so very reasonable. I appreciate the work that was done.

For the first time in my life, I hit a deer as I was driving home from work May 9th, sometime between midnight and 12:20am. I talked with my car insurance company to help facilitate repairs on my car. This shop, McCracken’s, is affiliated with my insurance company, so I went through them for repairs. I’m writing this review not because I was told to, Im writing because I wanted to on my own volition. I was so stressed on the 9th. I remember calling a bunch of affiliated body shops. One of them didn’t answer. One of them did answer, but they couldn’t get me in for an estimate till June. I called McCracken’s, but I was losing hope. Miraculously, Ken (the owner) picked up the phone. He was able to squeeze me in for an estimate on the same day! They were even able to schedule an appointmen

I think this place is a fantastic location for receiving quality auto body repair services. I know the staff there and understand their level of commitment to their clients and their vehicles. No step is overlooked or forgotten. Everything is ‘just right’!

Great little mom and pop body shop. Always fast with estimates and professional work and they detail the car top to bottom when it leaves! Best direct repair shop around!
