MCCS MCRD Self Service Car Wash & Vacuum

Returned after 4 years just to be disappointed... Before I PCS'd I came here 3x a month to wash my truck. It was cheap, well maintained, and rarely busy. Not to mention one of the only hand washes in the area... Now it's dirty, has old brushes that are falling apart, two of the sprayers no longer work, and has fewer wash options, and no wash solution... All while being more expensive. Do better.

I like this place. It’s on base and the closest gate has limited hours. There’s never anyone here and no other self service car washes in the area. You can download an app and get unlimited for 15$ mo but I washed fir 7min and only paid $3.58. My card was charged 10.00$ though.

Great pressure washer but there is no water pressure when trying to flush a boat motor engine on almost overheated the engine. Only a car wash not a boat flush place just go to the marina and do it there.

BEWARE - came here 6/7/24. Vacuums don’t have any suction even though they take your money. Washing stations only have water despite advertising everything else and only gives you 5mim/$5. Just go to the automatic car wash near the gas station.

Military only, but $2.50 gets you 6min of well maintained equipment. Bay 1 has a credit card reader. Just past the wash bays are other covered spots for waxing/detailing your vehicle. The far left bay has steps on each side for cleaning the roof of high vehicles.
