Ryan McCullough was an absolute pleasure to work with. He let me bring in my car the day after I called for an oil change and break repair. He was very thorough and kept me up to speed on everything they were doing and how long it would take. When I got to the shop to pick up my car I was met by Eric McCullough who was extremely nice and attentive to my questions as I was new to the shop and wanted to make sure everything was taken care of.

Above and beyond excellent service. After years of using the dealership where I bought my car, a friend referred me to McCullough, and I’m so glad they did. I had a great experience with McCollugh NAPA Auto Care . They took my vehicle in for a same-day repair and Eric kept me informed on the progress throughout the entire day. They even discovered an issue I wasn’t aware of and took care of it as well. Despite the additional repair, they still managed to get everything done before the end of the day.
