McCurley Subaru

Anyone who rates this place higher than a 1 ⭐️ is either friends with someone who works there or is blind/deaf/dumb. The ONLY reason I bought a vehicle from this place is because they had a vehicle I once use to own and it had sentimental value and to me it’s a 1 of 1 to me but if it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t deal with this dealership in the slightest! I work at a dealership currently where we bend over backwards for our customers to offer them the best buying experience possible. It’s not something I believed in at the time till I had the misfortune of dealing with this place and had it brought into perspective of how grateful I am to deal and work with the team we have at my work. Previously a 5 star, I still believe they are professional and have great customer service. I’m just upset because when I bought my vehicle from them I thought they “fixed” the problem with my vehicles tailgate as promised they only placed a bandage and now that the bandage is coming off (1yr 6-7m) later they are stating it’s not their responsibility. Now my tailgate is worse than when I first bought it. No parts replaced, only adjusted so that it closed properly. Truly sad that this is how they decided to handle my situation. Update: took a look myself to see if I could find some reason why it would be closing weird and I found the bracket weld coming off. All they did was adjust it back but never fixed it I bet this weld was coming loose since we bought it. Mind you, they put on our co

I was reading through some of the reviews and thought I'd comment about my experience. I actually drove from Spokane to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Subaru that was on special. In Spokane I'd been having issues finding a certified Subaru within my budget. I made the drive after looking at their website and met with Fredy who was extremely friendly and helpful during the whole experience. I am used to Subaru in Spokane and coming to the the Pasco Subaru was such a breath of fresh air as its a new updated building and even had a kids play area which for me was a huge win after a 2.5 hour drive. I also like that they have a separate bay that they park the cars in that you're looking at so the car is essentially ready for you upon walking in the doors in a heated/air conditioned area. The on
