I had a fantastic experience with the customer service team. The advisors were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome. A special shoutout to the service manager, Matt—he was incredibly helpful and even took the time to share valuable knowledge about vehicles with me. Working with him truly enhanced my understanding. Highly recommend! My vehicle was even returned washed!! Snacks were also very pleasant and wonderful while waiting

I have been bringing my vehicle to this dealership since 2022. While the actual service techs were always great the service people at the counter were not as pleasant as what I had experienced at other dealerships. Now in 2025 I am pleased to say that Matt and his team have really made a change in the experience when bringing the vehicle in for service. The customer service staff is courteous and very friendly. I showed up around 515pm after driving for an hour and unfortunately the service department was closed. I needed my car serviced and my schedule only had this opening for the next two weeks. Even though they were closed, Monty Humphrey took it upon himself to help me out and went and did my service and still got me out before the sales department closed. Excellent service, excellent help, and excellent staff members. Sincerely appreciated the help and understanding. Five stars
