Warranty work. The service advisor was very professional but needed to be better informed on services that are covered by the factory warranty. I looked up what was recommended and found it was covered by the warranty. Had I not done that, I would have had to pay for what they were recommending. It also took 3 times to get the paperwork correct when I went to pick up the car. The work was done correctly and I’ve had no problems

The customer service is always amazing here. Jeremy is my favorite advisor! He is always nice and professional and keeps to updated the best way he can. Highly recommend when you’re getting your services done to ask for him

Car service is always great but the customer service advisor was not good. I advised her that I had to go back to work and would wait on the vehicle. She did advise it would take 1.5 hours which was fine. The car salesperson called soon after I sat in the waiting area to sell me a car and I get everyone needs to make money. The car was finished in less than an hour which was fantastic but the advisor was busy texting on her phone. After 15 minutes and hardly no one there I asked if my car was ready and she said yes but was still busy texting so she asked that I give her a few minutes. I've always given you guys high marks and my car has been serviced here since 2018. This was not the excellent customer service I've grown to love about this dealership. And I do need a new car but would not
