New to the area and it was my first time going to Mcdonough Tire today and had a wonderful experience! We got an alignment installed on my 2020 4Runner after personally putting a lift on it. Mcdonough Tire installed my new rims and tires, they had great stock options for tires to chose from which they got in within a day. they are truly honest, and provide quality work, and have efficient timing! Friendly owners and they listen and provide up front pricing and expectations. * And as a woman I felt like this is not a shop where they dumb you down or take advantage of you in anyway which was a huge plus! They are very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back for my future auto needs!!!!

Never thought I would give this place a bad review after going here for over 15 years but, I recently took my 2010 Jeep Wrangler to McDonough Tire Center for significant front-end suspension and steering repairs totaling over $2,200. Initially, the team provided a clear breakdown of immediate needs, future repairs, and associated costs, which was appreciated. However, post-repair, the Jeep still experienced steering play, alignment issues, sharp pulling when hitting bumps, and occasional vibrations. Upon expressing these concerns, Brad responded promptly with detailed explanations and offered to re-inspect the vehicle. While I appreciated his responsiveness, I was disappointed by certain aspects of the communication and service: - Brad's assertion that the Jeep wasn't previously maintai

20 years ago, McDonough tire shop was the only alignment shop capable of aligning my lowered car. It’s still the shop I go to for any work I need done, and the one I recommend to anyone needing basic service work done on their vehicle. I took my car this morning, after some unpleasant noises emitted following a pothole incident. This shop is still run just as well as it was the first time I was here. Respectful employees who do the work they charge you for, and take the time to diagnose the issue properly. They were able to get my car right in, and sorted out. I purchased my own set of tires and called them up to mount them ( + balance/alignment) on my 2019 Rav4 LE. My husband has been here several times with his infiniti q50 and told me to give them a try as they are the only people he trusts. We used to live in clayton county and we moved to Henry about 2 years ago and needed to find a new shop ASAP because the customer service over there in clayco was terrible, especially myself being a woman. I called here to make an appointment and Alexis was super kind, patient, and attentive to me and answered all my questions over the phone. Lobby is super clean and the coffee machine next to me was a great plus lol. I’ll definitely be returning and refer all my family and friends here.
