McFadden Service Center

I have been a customer of McFadden Service Center, for approximately 4-5 years and have always been pleased with the customer service and mechanical repairs. I find the cost reasonable and staff very knowledgeable & taking the time to answer all questions. On 02/10/2026 I had a trip check and oil change done and Front office staff Ms. Alex and mechanic Mr. Justin, were very friendly and professional I observed all customers who came into the center were treated very cordial. I have recommended my co-workers and friends to the center and will continue to do so.

This is probably the most pleasant mechanic experience my boyfriend and I have ever had. We’re driving down the east coast from New York to Florida and our car was giving us trouble. So helpful even though we walked in, they were so willing to help us. Knew immediately how to help and they were very quick about it. Bless these people, I hope only good fortune comes their way

McFadden's does great work at decent prices. My husband had gone there for years before we were married and convinced me to give them a try when I complained about my previous auto shop. Well the work was done on time, as promised, no fuss, and at a price that was fair. I have gone there ever since and that has been a few years now. James the owner is an all around good guy, knows his profession, and delivers excellent auto service to his customers. My vehicle is a Subaru and they keep it in good condition for me. I have even convinced a family member of mine to bring her car to them for service as well!

My family and I have been going here since 1998. Always friendly, fair pricing, they treat you with respect. They've proven to me multiple times that they will only do work if it actually needs to be done. My family and I trust them completely.

I’ve been coming to McFaddens for about 8 years now and never had a bad experience. The service and quality of work is always great. I always feel welcomed and I appreciate that they go out their way to explain stuff. Highly recommended.
