McFall Tire & Auto Repair

I did like the service I received from McFall Tire & Auto. They ordered the tires I needed and were very quick in changing the tire. The prices are very reasonable as I am on a budget and they came through for me quickly. There was one thing that I wasn't happy with, so when the kid that changed my tire got in my vehicle, he did place a paper mat on the floor so he wouldn't track dirt but he didn't place one on the drivers seat, which he should have as he must have sat in some grease and it got on my car seat cover. As you know grease doesn't come out very well. Oh and I had to ask for caps for the air valves and they gave me 4 new ones. All in All I had a really good experience here. Will definitely recommend but be cautious.

Don’t get your oil change here they don’t care if it does any damage to your driveway or if they make a mistake on your vehicle. The kid they have working at the service desk has no customer service. Doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Basically, good luck here’s your refund. Have a nice day. Save yourself the headache go to the dealership get your oil change there don’t waste your time and money.

I was helped by Mike- he listened to what I thought was wrong with my tire (my dashboard telling me the tire pressure was low but I couldn’t get a reading on the tire) and did a thorough investigation to make sure my car was safe to drive - they checked the tire for leaks (found none) and aired it up for me so I no longer have to worry about a potential flat! I now know that the problem is the stem of my tire & can get that fixed without a costly repair. Thank you so much! I will also say it was very clean inside - nice little waiting area, and they had everything done for me in 30 minutes even though I didn’t have an appointment. I really appreciate the quick and courteous customer service!

Went to get new wheels studs put on and they even went out of the way to get me knew lug nuts that have been hard to find that match up for my cragars . Thank you to everyone that helped out and got me back to cruising!

I bring my truck here for everything. They are such honest and reliable mechanics. They handle things quickly. And I always leave knowing good work was done. The take great care of you especially when you bring in your car for everything.
