Joe does incredible auto body work. I had a neighbor back into my driver side door and Joe made it look brand new again. He also fixed it in 3 business days. I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for auto body work.

ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT buy any vehicles from Joe McGarrity! Unfortunately my wife and I drove an hour and a half to Philly to look at a really clean Jeep Liberty 4x4 V6 Inspection sticker said 1/27 which was a selling point. Clean under also. There was a slight reving, slipping in the tranny. My wife drove it then I drove it. Regretfully we decided to purchase said vehicle. Going home we got a check engine light. The code said O2 sensor, so not so bad. We took it to our regular shop and got very bad news. It needs a new transmission (rebuilt $3600w/warranty). Also !!!! THE INSPECTION STICKER IS FAKE !!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! I purchased a vehicle from them and after 5 days it was overheating. I brought the car back to be repaired. They had the car for 7 weeks. I wouldn't get any communication after leaving voicemails and send texts. When I went the day they told me it would be ready it wouldn't start. Meanwhile I drove the car to them and now had to have it towed to another mechanic. I have heard from the new mechanic and he said when they were working on the wiring they did it wrong and it burnt out the computer. The new guy can't just replace the computer because the bad wiring they did will just burn out a new one so they have to fix the wiring first.

WORST AUTO SHOP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is necessary because McGarrity’s Auto Center in Philadelphia is an absolute nightmare. I brought my car here for a repair, and not only did they fail to fix the original problem, they somehow managed to make it worse. The service took forever, communication was awful, and every time I stopped by to get an update, the owner would literally hide instead of talking to me. Completely unprofessional. When my wife went to check in, the owner was rude, dismissive, and wouldn’t even acknowledge her presence. He ignored her entirely, which tells me everything I need to know about the type of people running this place.
