McGovern Honda Service

We have two vehicles with this dealership. Their sales consultants are highly professional and their service is courteous and friendly. However, whenever we go for repairs or maintenance, we are attended to by Mr. Matthew Morganelli, from whom my husband and I always receive discriminatory treatment. On several occasions, we have requested to be assisted by a different agent, but they have ignored our request. We are busy people, and our work schedules change frequently, so when we schedule maintenance, we go on the agreed-upon day, and they accommodate us at the scheduled time, even if it means a short wait. But this man is arrogant and very rude.

I just leased a Honda Prologue 2025 yesterday, and the costumer service was outstanding. I was helped by Antonio, and he was awesome! He was really friendly and made us feel welcome. I still enjoyed the experience and appreciate your time.

Since this dealership is closer to my home, I decided to bring my wife’s 2024 CR-V Hybrid here for maintenance. It was my first time coming here, as I usually go to Kelly Honda. I have to say this has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:58 PM and ended up driving away at 3:27 PM without anyone speaking to me. After asking two different employees if someone was going to check in my vehicle, no one seemed to know what to do or what was going on. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
