I do not recommend doing business with Audi McKenna. Unfortunately, my experience was marked by deceptive business practices and a complete disregard for customer time and satisfaction. From the beginning, it was clear that their primary focus was not on building relationships or providing quality service—but simply on closing a sale at any cost. The staff showed little to no courtesy, and customer service was lacking across the board. Communication was poor, and I felt misled throughout the process. If you’re looking for a dealership that values transparency, professionalism, and respect for your time, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
