Great shop and excellent service. When I saw the performance cars, I knew I had come to the right place. They specialize in all models of vehicles as well as modern and classic muscle cars. Very impressed by their extensive knowledge about LS engines. James and Cliff are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Alex did a great job changing my spark plugs, wires, valve cover gaskets and fuel injector. My car is running better than ever. Highly recommend McKenzies Auto. I’ll definitely be coming here for all of my future car mods.

I brought my Prius V to this shop because the website claims they have expertise in hybrid vehicles. The car has developed a worsening shuddering and rattling problem that was present throughout my drive to the shop. I suspected the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system might be the problem and mentioned that several times, on the phone and in person. They checked for codes and found none and allegedly test-drove the car for 10 miles (though the invoice shows no change in the odometer) without identifying the issue. I received a text with estimated costs for three services unrelated to the problem and ignoring key information I had provided. When I declined these services, they texted: "IF YOU ARE GOING TO DECLINE ALL THE WORK SUGGESTED WHY IS THE CAR HERE?" I then asked for an estimate

Excellent Service and honest pricing!! I just had my Catalytic convertor and radiator repaired. We just arrived from out of town to drop off my Son off to his University when our van gave out. Both Cliff and James were very attentive to my needs to get back on the road to return home. I saved a lot by bringing my van here as opposed to the dealership which did not give me a warm assurance that they would be able to work immediately on my van. Also, they checked my oil level at the end and noticed that I was low and topped it off for free. I highly recommend using this auto repair shop.

I went to a few other shops and inquired about replacing my 1986 trucks old Chevy 305 and replacing it with a 350 engine. I would almost always get the same results "We can do it BUT." There was always that "But" followed by " we may have problems." I was told to check out McKenzies auto. You know your in the right place when you see muscle cars in the shop. After James looked under the hood of my truck he just said " No problem.." The price was such a good deal I replaced my old transmission with a new one too. I didn't get a junkyard engine either , it was built from the block up with all new parts. I have found a new repair shop for my truck. I would highly recommend McKenzies auto to anyone.

Fantastic experience. Probably the best auto repair experience I have ever had — and I have had a lot. I do majority of work on all my kids cars myself but son is at FSU 4 hrs away and had a problem with cooling system. They diagnosed issue and resolved same day after originally said 2 days so my son could get to family event. Spoke to Cliff for 20+ min and he took the time to explain issue with car and other issues that were not critical — fixed critical issue and gave recommendations on other less critical issues. Concise, professional and competent. Customer service experience was exceptional as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
