I don’t recommend getting tires from them. Literally bought a Supposedly brand new tire & it was completely flat the next day. They’ll sell you whatever they got just to make a quick buck. Don’t waste your money here at all. Better off going somewhere else and I mean ANYWHERE else. Wish I could rate them negative stars.

I've been here three times and every time the staff have treated me well. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is in a rush and can't afford a whole lot. Not only are they fast, but they also aren't that expensive. I've bought tires here and had my brakes done and there prices are reasonable for both. This shop deserves a five star for sure.

I was a long time customer. Edgar and his tire techs would always take care of me. Maybe Edgar had a bad day but I had a tire to get replaced and mounted on my vehicle. He gave me price and I paid. Next day noticed my tire was leaking. I brought back and spoke to Edgar which he seem really off (maybe bad day) but he was yelling at his techs and his tech came and checked my tire and sealed it (FYI the tire still leaked next day) his tech tried to charge me for a tire I paid them for and I asked them to talk to Edgar. This is when I knew is when he was talking to his techs in Spanish and not to me. I said to his techs I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and how is it my fault that the tire is leaking air. I called and spoke to a lady about pricing for dismounting 8 tires and remounting and balancing 4 of them. I was quoted $80 I asked again to be sure it was correct and "Yes, $80". When I showed up 30 minutes later they said that there wasn't a lady working there and that his boss was present during the call the call and he "didn't understand what I needed". When the boss came out he said there WAS a lady that worked there afterall and there was a misunderstanding in what would be happening. Needless to say I took my money told them that they were a bunch of liars and left.. I went somewhere else and got it all done for $80 by a really nice guy at Pacific tire shop
