McLaughlin Chevrolet Service

Had a minor repair done on my car that was covered under my extended warranty. Always great customer service. Everyone I have ever dealt with in the service area and sales have always explained the description of service that I need and why it is needed Sales office when purchasing a vehicle is seamless.

I went out looking for a used car as my daughter was about to get her license and was amazed with the customer service. Great used cars that were certified. No wonder they been around for a 100 plus years. No games just prices and information to make a decision.

As usual, very efficient and did not suggest unnecessary services. Also, noted services that should be done at the next oil change.

Called about having a 2010 Chevy Silverado with 60k miles looked at before I bought from another dealership in the area. McLaughlin refused to look at the truck due to its age? I wasn't looking to have any work done just have Chevy professionals take a look. Disappointed

We bought a new Chevrolet at McLaughlin Chevrolet and we were delighted by how we were treated! We have a petite daughter and we had her sit behind the wheel of nearly every model they had. David Neudeck was AWESOME! He was kind, courteous, good humored and professional throughout the entire ordeal. It took us several hours. Since taking delivery of our car we have brought it in for routine maintenance and services and Mike in the Service Department has been great, too! He explains everything concisely and has gotten us in and out quickly every time. It has simply been a great all-around experience at McLaughlin Chevrolet! We have even recommended them to our friends and family, only to find out that they are as thrilled with McLaughlin Chevrolet as we are. We all love McLaughlin Chevrolet
