McLaughlin's Automotive Service Center

Great service, very trustworthy, and reasonably priced. We have taken all 4 of our cars for the last 5+ years to McLaughlin's Auto. He is straight forward in details and pricing and he's never had any of cars longer than a day. We tried taking our cars back to the dealerships (Hyundai and Subaru) and they were pricey or missed things for inspection/safety that McLaughlin's Auto found and fixed. This is a place with people you can trust!

This local shop is the best! Last time I arrived for my car inspection without the proper paperwork. I had to drive home to look for it only to return and realize that registration wasn't updated. Needlesstosay, he was extremely patient and kind.

I can't say enough great things about McLaughlins. I was directed here by my mom group, and they didn't disappoint. I called and they got me in immediately because I have a very small window of time while my older boys are at preschool. I thought I needed breaks and after checking the car thoroughly Rick informed me it was not my brakes and a very Benign issue and didn't even charge me for the time they spent looking at the car. They have a customer for life and I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the future. Great Business made by Great People. 👍

Beware of this place! So a friend recommended this place and they are in my neighborhood. I really wanted to use a non corporate local business in my area. Shame on me for putting trust in this place and not doing my homework before the job instead of after. My sons car needed a power steering rack, at least I hope he did. So I researched the parts after the fact and on average they were 279 and the dealership wanted 400. They charged 739 also charged 216 for one hose. They also said if it takes less we will adjust but they didn’t, they charged 5.5 hours and did it way less and still charged the 140 an hour. Bottom line they charged 2108 for a job that 5 other establishments gave me a price for 950. I called and asked how they justify it and all I got was sorry you feel this way oh well. I

Very satisfied with my experience at McLaughlin's Automotive Service Center. My car needed its annual inspection and Rick got me scheduled the next day. He explained what service my car needed, which I had anticipated, and they took good care of me getting the work done in the same day I dropped it off. Would not hesitate to recommend.
