Worst place to buy a car they sell nothing but lemons I didn't even have my car 2 days before the check engine light came on and it turns out my cat's are bad...but the extended warranty I paid extra for doesn't cover it..(how convenient) and if I put it in the shop they will have it for weeks every time I had to take it in...cats are still bad I refuse to pay 1500$ on a car I had just bought ..nothing but crooks here! Can u saw class action lawsuit?

If you're in need of a car, definitely DO NOT buy from this place. RUN fast and far away!!! I purchased a truck and a week later my vehicle had to be put in the shop for 6 weeks due to my engine going out. Three more times with in 1month after that. You also better pray you dont run into a hardship, they will NOT try to offer you any assistance or work with you. All you will get is ATTITUDE from every single person that works here!! I would give -10 Star if it was possible. I can't wait to pay this truck off so my NIGHTMARE can end!!

Dealing with this company through the sale process is where they get you with the 5 star service. But dealing with this company internally after the sale, especially when you have auto accident claims through their ‘gap insurance’ is the most slowest and inconvenient thing I’ve ever seen. You would think a company that easily takes your money would wanna handle a situation like this as soon as possible. I’ve been waiting months for this claim to be finished. Not once was I ever given a time frame of when it would be done and every time I call it’s a new lie from a rep who doesn’t have any idea of what you’re talking about cause of the lack of communication from the people that actually factor with the claim. I paid off my car in July 2023 and here it is the new year 2024 and still no title to my car. I keep calling to get it sent to the address on record and still nothing. Then I went to the DNV to get a lost title and they tell me the is a lean on the car. I keep calling the office and no help they told me they are sending a lean release and nothing. Will never get a car from here aging. 😠

Due to the storm I had to miss work which meant I couldn't make money. but; I'd rather go the the place and pay there. The representatives you talk to are not only rude ( which was a few times before this incident). but they do not care if you go without. I explained to them that if I pay you guys then I won't have money to be able to eat. Not only did they draft my account it's over drawn. I explained that the speaker on my phone was busted so I emailed them. I went to the Burleson location to get it right n got put into an awkward position with the representative on the phone so now I have no money and no food. I'll just tell myself it's my fault.
