They replaced 3 upper windows for me that were fogged up. A very minor detail that was off caught my eye each time I looked out the new windows. Most probably wouldn’t have even noticed it. I asked them to come a take a look and see if they could correct it. They replaced all three windows again! I’d call that excellent work and customer service! Very happy with the end result! Very pleased with my experience with McNeese Glass Co. I had some plexiglass pieces for a small enclosed hunting blind that had sat with the film on it for too long and wouldn't come off cleanly. I tool them to McNeese and they were able to recreate them for me to the exact specs in a stronger material for a reasonable price and even swapped all of the hardware out for me too. I would definitely recommend McNeese for smaller odd jobs like this.
