McRae's Automotive Clinic

This place is awesome! McRae (Im assuming that is the name of the mechanic) has done excellent work on both my cars. Give his lovely, kind and professional receptionist a call and see what can be done for your automobile. My only let down from this place is when I call and I'm told that they can't do the work I need at the time. That just means I have to go somewhere else and pay someone to not do as good of a job as McRae's or pay pricey dealership costs. McRae is my first stop in auto repairs make it yours.

The words "honest" and "mechanic" don't always go together. They sure do with Mike McRae. I have used his services twice on two of my vehicles and cannot sing his praises high enough. He gave a quick honest appraisal and estimate; performed the work very quickly; priced his work at a quite reasonable rate; and gave outstanding customer service. I could not be more pleased with my experiences there.

Mike is an amazing mechanic. He is fast, friendly, and above all else honest. In a world where courtesy and customer service are four letter words Mike is a refreshing change. He has my business from now on.

I want to pass on accolades to three awesome businesses in Daingerfield and Mount Pleasant on outstanding customer service and how much I appreciate them taking care of their customers - namely me! Yesterday, I posted a photo of a cracked wheel on my ‘09 Toyota Tundra pickup. The crack was discovered after I had taken my truck in for unrelated repairs and maintenance at McRae’s Automotive in Daingerfield. After learning of the damaged wheel, I called Everett Toyota in Mount Pleasant this morning to inquire about obtaining a new wheel. As it turns out, the wheels were an aftermarket specialty item installed on Texas Edition trucks.
