With no driveway and about 3 inches of rainfall in a short period of time, we got STUCK! Doug, our truck operator, came quickly, was very professional, and got us out of a jam, all while providing a fair price and solid work. THANK YOU for everything! You’ll definitely be our first call if we ever need towing or recovery services in the future and I would highly recommend if you find yourself stuck.
Pulled me out of the ditch! Arrive fast, got the job done quick, and price was reasonable! The guy could see I was shaken up, so he gave me a heads up on my vehicle possibly being shaky due to all the mud in my tire. Educated me on how to clean it and got a good amount out for me.
They were friendly and wonderful. They even gave a ride to the place we towed our vehicle to. I would recommend this company to everyone.
We got stuck off of a dirt driveway in Neillsville. Small SUV with tires buried in almost a foot of mud, called MCRP and within 30 minutes they were there and then within another 30 minutes had us out of the mud and even waited and made sure we could get the vehicle started and driving. Great experience and fair price for service.
Had a great experience with this towing company! They were right on time when they said they would be there. Very nice and worked very quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend!
