M&D - Oklahoma City Turbo Shop

I purchased a garret turbo for a ford f-450 from M&D Oklahoma City location. Removed the cab on the truck, replaced the turbo, oil and oil filter, new air filter and new coolant. The turbo was installed to manufactures specifications including pre-filling the turbo with oil. We started the truck and let it idle for around 4-5 minutes while checking for leaks and charging the AC system. Around that time the turbo locked up, we removed the turbo and returned it to M&D where they stated Garret turbo would not warranty it due to oil starvation, M&D also would not stand behind the turbo. We purchased a turbo from O’Reilly and installed the same day and have had zero issues with it. M&D does not stand behind their products, would not recommend using them!

Thompson turbo is awesome!!! Mike and John are two of the best most knowledgeable dudes I’ve ever worked with. They’re customer service is hands down the best I’ve had in many years maybe ever!! If it’s turbo related, I highly recommend them, you are making a huge mistake if you use anyone else. Top notch from start to finish. Those boys need a raise!!!

We broke down on the side of the road after buying a turbo here. Called Brandon and HE came to US. Brought the old one out to check the new one. Took the old one to the shop, checked it and didn't charge anything. Great service, great parts.
