I purchased a used 2018 ram 2500 back mid April and I have had to do so much already to it when I feel like a dealership should do the bare minimum at least have new tires and a new battery before reselling . So far in 4 months I have had a dead battery so replaced that. New tires bc one had so much wear and tear it was pulling to the right so I took it in and it needed an alignment and now the mechanic said I need new break pads on front and rear by my next oil change. So far in total I’ve spent $2300 not including the new breaks I’ll be needing. Very dissatisfied with my purchase

Went there for a specific car they had on line, but had already sold it. Mike Taylor showed us a couple cars that were in the same price range as what we wanted to spend. I liked that he didn't try to pressure sale any of the car's, going to look at one they just received today after it's been gone over. Will definitely be referring them to friends.

I am looking to replace my 2012 Honda Civic. As a result of having little knowledge of buying used cars, and making a deal in my state of unpreparedness almost 2 years ago with this shop, I am now finding that I paid approximately $2k too much. Now, I can't get decent trade-in value because I am upside down in it. This, even though I took care of it exceptionally well. I heard you to do your homework and know what the car should cost and how cars depreciate before structuring your deal because you are prey if you don't know and you do a deal. Get anything that is promised to you in writing. Another kicker is, later, I found that the bank I have a long-standing relationship with declined to finance this car because it was overpriced!
