Best mechanic I’ve been to. Truly an outstanding family-owned and operated business. Everyone I encountered, from the receptionist, Julie, to Ken and his father, Ken Sr, was incredibly welcoming. I brought in a pre-owned car for a PPI. Ken took the time to sit down with me and clearly explain the issues the car had, along with my options. As someone who just moved to Connecticut for school and is a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated his honesty and patience. He provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision. Ken was fair, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me out during a stressful time. I’m so grateful to him and the whole team at Meadow Street Automotive—thank you again!

Called to ask if they could replace a car part I had bought for my car, guy on the phone was extremely rude I had to end the call before he could even know which part I was talking about because I wasn’t giving him the right name of the part supposedly when I was reading the name of the part on the sticker and part #, I assume you guys do good work there hence the good reviews and I don’t want to lower the overall rating hence the 2 stars and not 1 star

Junior, Julie(a?) and Tony were great. Not only did they look over the truck I was looking to buy, but they informed me about some nice OEM mods to the vehicle that I would not have known about otherwise. They let me know what work was likely to be needed in the coming months. Best of all, they were kind and personable. People who understand customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend. These folks know cars/trucks!
