Meadowbrook Rent to Own Auto Sales

I have been a customer at Meadowbrook since July of 2023, although most of my interactions with employees there have been just with the sales office, only once with service department where they checked out my concern with no problem and after a short time told me the problem and the possibilities causing it , turned out to be a quick fix that didn't cost anything, People say they are rip-off, well, if they were they would have run my small problem into something big to make a buck. Simply not the case here. They weren't out to make a buck on me, they were honest and upfront. Everyone I have spoken to there have been upfront about everything. They have always been square with me, so in return ive been square with them, making payments on time, informing them of resident moves. I have n

I’m a former costumer. I just paid off my vehicle not long ago. Might I add, I made my payments faithfully! Never missed a payment in 3 years! I came to a dealership today to trade in my vehicle because I can’t get it to pass emissions testing. Come to find out my vehicle was in an accident, that Meadowbrook never mentioned when I bought it. Thats shady if you ask me. They are not trustworthy.

So, I was a former customer to this company. I’ll be honest, it’s great if you want to get a decent car with bad credit. Anything else? HA. It’s a literal scam. My adopted parents helped me out with the math of my car. I had the car for roughly 7-8 months. With how much I was charged every two weeks, (which was roughly $190) comes to $380 a month. That car was only worth 6k retail price. On top of that? They had a list of insurance companies that you HAD to use. I had to cancel my insurance & switch. Guess what? The insurance they approved me to use, I was charge literally $480 a month. Literally $400 MORE than I was originally paying for insurance. Wack. Literally the ONLY reason I got a car from them was because the car was cheap up front, && they didn’t do a credit check. Your best bet

I have been a customer of Meadowbrook since 2022 we started off rocky but needless to say they are decent people and as long as your communicating with them they will work with you! Shane and Dave are both decent understanding business men just remember they are a business and have to keep moving so communication is key especially in hard times. When my car has went down they have helped , when my car needed work and I didn’t have a big lump sum of money they helped! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

Went to purchase a vehicle from this place first car I check out road beautiful clean inside and out looked at a second car as soon as I started it had a loud knock on the engine told the guy about the vehicle than I ask him can I take it home he said no you have to wait two weeks to get it have to make sure we service it and there is nothing else wrong and than redo the inspection on the car when the car just got inspected and the he said I can give you a loaner but we charge you for it but put it on what you owe for the car. Like people check you vehicles before you put them on the floor to sell saves time and hassle and make sure you provide a car fax on the vehicle and all I had the pleasure to argue with the gentleman will do it again already reported you to bbb and the dmv .
